A new look for Chandler Rose Photography!

You’ve probably noticed we have a new look around here at Chandler Rose Photography! We’ve been working for several months with Jen from Studio Pine on all things branding and design! We are so pumped about the outcome and excited to share more with you!!

At our core, we are true homebodies. We love having a place to call home, to curl up on the couch, and to welcome friends for building relationships and community. Our home is a place where anyone is welcome. When people come over, we want them to feel at ease, and free to take their shoes off and make themselves at home. This is exactly how we want our couples and families to feel when they have an experience with our business! There is no need for stress or insecurity…just a cozy, warm, inviting feeling allowing you to be exactly who you are!

I know the feeling of not wanting to have my photo taken. I think things like I’m not good enough, I feel uncomfortable about my body, I worry about our home not having beautiful natural light, or our dog misbehaving. I totally get it….I really do! That’s where we come in. It is our hope that we can remind you of your worth. That families aren’t perfect. That kids can be wild. That homes should be lived in.

If you have ever felt less than, you are exactly who we want to serve. Yours is the story we want to tell. Imperfect, but honest. Reminding you that your real story is the best one and that your honest messy normal lives are beautiful and worth documenting!

We started with why we love photography and film, who we are, what we value, and what we believe about love marriage and family. We continued on to create a mood board which Jen used to come up with our new color palette and designs. 

Based on our values, Jen from Studio Pine created these amazing designs to give life to our brand. We love her thought process! After spending the time to know who we are and why we love photo and film, she came up with the below concept. You’ll notice that the geographic lines have the feel of woven fabric from a cozy warm blanket. The less than and greater than signs depict how we hope clients, who feel less than, are reminded of their worth through their experience with Chandler Rose Photography. Lastly, you’ll see the image as a whole has the proportions of a welcome mat symbolizing the inviting and open feeling of home.
