Haley + Evan | Bosse Field Engagement

These two love birds are opposites in some ways. Their freshman year of high school they were paired together on a project. She was the outgoing one and he was super quiet. I don’t think they were exactly pumped about being paired together. However, you know how the saying goes, opposites attract. They grew closer and eventually started dating and became high school sweethearts. 

 

 

 

 

Homebodies at heart, they love to hang out with their nieces and nephews, binge Parks and Rec at home and grab dinner with a few close friends. They are in opposition in one other area of their lives. Baseball! Haley is a born and raised St. Louis Cardinal fan (the best kind of fan, I might add). Evan is a fan of the longtime rival team, the Chicago Cubs. See, opposites really do attract…and love really can bridge the gap 😉 

Because of their love for the sport, it was perfectly fitting that they chose Bosse Field in Evansville for their Engagement session. Bosse Field opened in 1915 and is the third oldest ballpark still in regular use for professional baseball. And a super fun fact is that many scenes from A League of Their Own were filmed here at Bosse.  Haley and Evan pulled a few strings and arranged for us to have the whole stadium to ourselves. It was a great spot for some fun photos.
